The Sorrows of Izumo and a Certain Demon - Part 3 (出雲ととある悪魔の哀愁③Izumo to Toaru Akuma no Aishū 3) is the 54th serialized chapter of Kazue Katō and Minoru Sasaki's Salaryman Exorcist: The Sorrows of Yukio Okumura. It is the third and final part to a three-part story, and follows Chapter 53, The Sorrows of Izumo and a Certain Demon - Part 2 (出雲ととある悪魔の哀愁②Izumo to Toaru Akuma no Aishū 2).
With the Demon baby transformed into a new monstrous state, Yukio Okumura intends to exorcise it, but Izumo is determined to defend it from harm. The demon lifts Izumo with its tentacles and just when things are looking dire, the demon reverts to its adorable form. Surmising that the transformation is less of a natural growth and more of a technique, Yukio decides that the demon is fine so long as it remains small.
