Leader (リーダー Rīdā) is the protagonist of AlternaVvelt -Blue Exorcist Another Story-.[1]
Appearance[]
Appearing as a hooded young man with short black hair and grey eyes, the main character wears the standard black uniform of the True Cross Order with a hood attached to his coat.
Personality[]
While generally dutiful and helpful, the Protagonist's views on Exorcist duties are dependent on player decisions, varying between hoping for Human/Demon co-operation, to active hostility toward demons.
Meister & Abilities[]
Leader is an exorcist with no formal training, having been recruited into the Order without attending courses on exorcism at a Cram School. They possess the Knight Meister and fight using a katana in a self-taught style similar to Iaido. While capable in combat, they are seemingly no match for Kinzo Shima in physical combat, implying their skills are below that of a Middle Second Class Exorcist.[2]
- Comet Strike (
彗突 Etotsu): A thrust forward with their blade, the attack takes on additional traits depending on the player's dyed state, invoking multiple elemental effects. - Flow of Awakening (
惺生流転 Kuseiru ten): An attack of eight slashes in front of the user, it can change elements depending on the user's dyed state. - Shinra Strike (
辰羅一閃 shinra issen): A drawn sword attack that slashes all around the user, like their other skills, its elemental affinity can be altered.
They possess an Aberrant Temptaint that allows them to percieve the demonic vestiges left behind by Florid demons, an ability only they and Adori Kureha seem to possess.

- The Main Character's appearance and gender are customizable with 400 individual items designed by Kazue Katō.
