The Particle Accelerator is an Illuminati facility that is located within Northern Russia, somewhere within the Arctic.

Features

While the size of the facility is unknown, on the outside one can make out various buildings as well as the loop of the accelerator itself, which is buried underground. One of the buildings which Lewin Light refers to as a test facility for the accelerator , actually contains an artificially created Gehenna Gate with no known way to close it at this time. Mephisto Pheles then seals off the facility with Verweile Doch in hopes of buying time until a solution can be found.
