Now a Certain Man Was Sick... (此に病める者あり Koko ni Yameru Mono Ari) is the 8th episode of the Ao no Exorcist anime overall and of the first season. It first aired on June 6, 2011.
Synopsis[]
Still troubled after her friend Paku decides to leave the Exorcist lessons, Kamiki gets involved in a fight with Ryuji and the entire class end up punished by Yukio. Just after Yukio leaves for a mission, the students are attacked and cornered by the same ghoul from yesterday. While trying to help the others, Rin learns that the monster was sent by one of his teachers who wanted to confirm that he is the son of Satan.

- In the Anime, Rin Okumura asks Yukio Okumura how the Naberius was able to attack since there is a barrier around the school. He does not ask this in the Manga.
