The Consultation Division is a team under the purview of True Cross Academy's Demon Defence Section. They primarily work on public consultation and administrative tasks.

The Consultation Division, as its name implies, is largely responsible for public outreach and administrative tasks, using their consultation counter to receive reports from civilians while dispatching Exorcists of other divisions to complete missions. The members wear green armbands or similar attire to denote their affiliation with the division.[1]

The Consultation Division is introduced early as the Protagonist and Adori Kureha meet with the division's Yuwa Nagomi to recieve assignments. Yuwa has a strong affinity for the Special Investigations Unit, looking out for them and giving them work when available, but her superior, Tasuku Hinata is largely irritated by their antics as it creates more work for his unit.
When Salmac hands himself and his allies over to the SIU, the Consultation division, along with several others learn of this via a leak caused by TapChat. The Consultation division wish to take the demons into custody and investigate, but the Exorcist Division wishes to eliminate them. Just as things are about to come to blows, the demons are sealed in a specially made painting thanks to the SIU, defusing the situation.
